Tricky Tiles

Designers: Tobias Goslar, Roland Goslar
Publisher: Kronberger Spiele
BGG entry: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/game/20955

Each player takes the 22 tiles in his colour and lays them out in front of himself. Each tile consist of 1 to 6 triangles. During the game, the players take turns trying to place a piece of their colour onto the board. Additional pieces must be placed such that at least one corner of a triangle of the piece touches a corner of a triangle of the same colour. Pieces of the same colour can never touch edge to edge.

The game ends when no player can place pieces any more. The winner of Tricky Tiles is the player whose remaining unplayed pieces are made up of the fewest triangles.

From the designers Roland und Tobias Goslar:

'Another publishing house was able to plausibly assure us that they developed, at an earlier time, a game idea that is very nearly the same as our game. We have removed the game and would like to ask that everyone that downloaded the files for this game from our website not transmit nor somehow make these files available on the internet.'
