From the BGG entry:

'Glak is a light abstract strategy area enclosure game played on a modular board with the same components as its sibling Glik. Players try to enclose as much territory as possible using their stones and walls present on the board by adding new stones and moving the ones already on the board.'

Game is in Polish on the game's website, but English rules (as well as the board tiles) are available from the game's BGG entry.
