Doodads is a trading and resource management game for 3 to 5 players. The game starts with two doodads, four things and a large pool of 8 different ingredients. During the game you use ingredients to make things and things to make doodads. At the start of the game you don’t know what ingredients combine to make a given thing, or what things combine to make a given doodad; you have to find this out during play. The player with the most diverse collection of doodads, things, and ingredients at the end of the game wins.

Doodads uses money (or tokens to act as money), two six-sided dice, paper and pencil, a custom tracker, and a custom deck of cards. A four-player game takes about 90 minutes to play. Doodads is appropriate for ages 13 and older.
