Designer: Derek Hohls The objective of the game is to conquer the galaxy - either by occupying the most stars; or by capturing the opponent's home base star, or by destroying the opponent's forces. The game itself is played on a 10x10 grid -- each player has a copy of the grid. Using a point-based allocation system, players place stars and ships throughout the galazy. During play, stars & ships will be discovered, new ships will be built, and combat will take place. A player wins the either by occupying the most stars; or by capturing the opponent's home base star, or by destroying all the opponent's forces. If a player still has points in stock, but has no ships left at the end of the current turn, his forces are still considered destroyed. |
